We want you confident in your OWNKIT purchase. This policy explains returns, exchanges, and refunds for orders placed on ownkit.pk.
Eligibility
- 7-day return window from delivery for unused kits in original sealed packaging.
- Defective or damaged items: report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
- Wrong item shipped: contact us within 48 hours, we cover return shipping for our error.
Non-returnable items
- Opened, used, or sanitized personal grooming tools (hygiene reasons).
- Custom Build Your Own kits once configured and dispatched, unless defective.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care after delivery.
How to request a return
- Email hello@ownkit.pk or call +923336934005 with your order number.
- We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions for Lahore or courier pickup where available.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Cash on Delivery refunds
COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet to details you provide. Processing may take up to 10 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different kit tier? Contact us within 7 days. Exchanges depend on stock and price difference; unused items must meet return conditions above.
