Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern purchases made on ownkit.pk and related OWNKIT storefronts operated by OWNKIT. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products & pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Product descriptions, kit contents, and images are provided for guidance. Minor packaging or accessory variations may occur without affecting core kit value.

2. Orders & acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel orders affected by pricing errors, stock limitations, suspected fraud, or delivery restrictions. You will receive an order confirmation by email or SMS once accepted.

3. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment methods shown at checkout. For COD orders you agree to pay the full order amount upon delivery. Failed or refused COD deliveries may limit future COD eligibility.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and vary by city. Free delivery applies to qualifying orders above Rs. 3,999 as shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

5. Hygiene products

OWNKIT kits contain personal grooming tools intended for individual use. Opened or used items may not be eligible for return unless defective. Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 48 hours for transit damage.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OWNKIT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
